The mission of our mentoring program is to match members of Educated Sista with teenage girls from the Philadelphia School District to strive to stay in school, graduate high school, and transition into higher learning. Our unique four year mentoring program creates confidence, accountability, balance, and stability. Our
activities are monthly teen workshops (group setting), monthly mentor/mentee field trips (group), intern opportunities (one-on-one/group), and virtual mentoring (coming soon).
